The figure shown below shows the main screen of Sweepstakes Tracker. The main screen shows three views (tabs) in Sweepstakes Tracker. The three tabs are:
- Entries Needed
- Sweepstakes Tracker determines when an entry is needed in a sweepstakes based on the entry frequency (ie - daily, weekly). All sweepstakes eligible for submission are listed in the Entries Needed view.
- My Essential Sweeps
- Sweepstakes Tracker allows you track sweepstakes as My Essential Sweeps. An essential sweep is a sweep you absolutely want to enter every time you are eligible to enter.
- All Sweepstakes
- The All Sweepstakes view lists all the sweepstakes in Sweepstakes Tracker.
The next figure shows the Entrants View for adding and editing entrants. Sweepstakes Tracker allows you to enter an unlimited number of entrants and assign one or more entrants to each sweepstakes.
The next figures shows the Sweepstakes Edit/View dialog. All information related to a sweepstakes is shown in this dialog. For each sweepstakes, you can specified the sweepstakes entry frequency, end date, sweepstakes type, and the entrants for this sweepstakes.
The next screen capture shows the Tabbed Entry Sweepstakes Browser embedded in Sweepstakes Tracker. This feature was implemented based on a suggestion received and allows you to load several sweepstakes into different browser tabs. This features is especially useful for a slow loading website. You may continue entering other sweepstakes while the slow site is loading.
Sweepstakes Tracker supports a full calendar functionality with reminders. The calendar functionality is very handy for tracking mail-in and call-in sweepstakes. Dana uses the calendar's reminder capability to remind her to listen to certain radio stations at certain times for the call-ins.

Sweepstakes Tracker can track all your wins and provide a graphical view of your wins per category. Also, there is capability to export the information to a spreadsheet format ted file.
